Jump and Fit is a cardiovascular workout performed on a trampoline utilizing familiar aerobic moves, sport specific conditioning moves, strength and conditioning exercises, and core stabilization techniques performed to high energy music with motivating instructors. The workout also challenges balance, coordination, and proprioception. Although Fit and Jump burn a tremendous amount of calories; it only places minimal stress on the body.
