Our group classes are included with any of our memberships. Presently, the only classes that need to be pre-booked are Fit & Jump, and Pole Fitness. All other classes are on a «first come, first served basis».
We offer group training for all levels of fitness and you can trust that our instructors are very competent with good experience in their fields.
Training with others around you and an instructor to guide you through the exercises, is a great way to stay motivated and enjoy your training in new ways.
It is possible to «drop in» to enjoy one class now and again, but more sensible to sign up with a gym membership so you can enjoy as many classes as you wish, whenever you wish.

30 mins core training. We spend half an hour focused on that part of your body you just have to train! There are many other ways than just sit-ups to train your abs. We will train them hard and effectively in lying, sitting, and standing. The class is always fun and the time will fly by.
Everything you require for this class is provided on site.
The 30 mins is intensive but fits to all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. There are always options for difficult moves.

30 mins circuit training based on strength, cardio and plyometrics. Stations are set up with a different exercise at each station. Each participant spends the specified time at a station before moving to the next. Generally we will manage 2-3 rounds of all stations.
The time is set by the instructor, but the effort level is down to you. So this class suits all levels of fitness, but we will motivate you to give your all.
As with all our classes, our instructors will make sure you train safely with correct technique.

30 minutes intense glute training, which will leave you feeling positively lifted afterwards, and maybe quite numb! Great music and lovely exercises will help you reach your goals and give you a rounded future. This class is popular so make sure you turn up on time to ensure you get a space. All equipment is supplied on site.

Intense cardio and plyometrics training with a bit of strength training thrown in for good measure. It helps to have some coordination here but if that’s something you do not have, you will soon get it, if you stick at it. Inspirational music and a motivated instructor will get you through it.
There are two classes each week, which have different choreography and moves to give you variety. However, the make up of the classes is consistent for 12 weeks, before we change the programs for a new training experience for the next 12 weeks.

30 minutes indoor cycle training with no brakes! Our instructor will provide music and instruction throughout the class to give you a great cardio and leg strength workout. All our bikes are in great condition and have options for normal training shoes or cycling shoes.
All you need to bring with you is water to keep you hydrated throughout this sweaty session.

A whole body experience. Resistance training using weighted bars, weight plates, resistance bands, and your own body weight. This class lasts for 1 hour and will target all your major muscle groups. Music and exercises are changed every 12 weeks.
No need to bring anything with you apart from a water bottle.

Pilates er en treningsform som kombinerer teknikker fra ballett og yoga.
Styrker og strekker både de dype og overfladiske musklene. Bedrer kroppsholdning og pusten.

Pole Fitness er en treningsform som utfordrer og forbedrer styrke, koordinasjon og fleksibilitet. En treningsform som er utviklettil å bli en sport på lik linje med turn og dans.
Kroppen er vårt vektapparat; du lærer deg å beherske kroppen i forskjellige posisjoner. Du får i tillegg positiv effekt på mestringsfølelse, da fokus i treningen også går på holdninger. Pole Fitness har eget medlemskap og ikke er inkludert i ett vanlig medlemskap.
Wear shorts and a singlet, and avoid using skin creams prior to the class, in order to get a good grip on the pole.

Yoga er mentale og kroppslige teknikker med tilknytning til de indiske religionene buddhisme og hinduisme. En kombinasjon av meditasjon og bestemte kroppsstillinger og pusteøvelser. Målet med yoga er å skape ro, fokus og bedre konsentrasjon.
We do supply mats, but we recommend that if you will continue with yoga, then it is best to buy your own yoga mat.

Zumba is a class with 50-60 mins cardio training, based on a latino dance style. Popular all over the world, this class will not only teach you dance moves, it will give you an enjoyable training session without you even knowing that you’ve worked out!
Our instructor is from Venezuela, bringing you the south american touch to the class. She is full of energy and ready to share it with you. Put on your training clothes and join a class.

This awesome class will leave you feeling full of new energy. Using mini trampolines we will provide you with a cardio boost, in a safe and enjoyable manner for 30 minutes.
Two classes per week with different music and choreography, which is changed every 12 weeks, giving you a chance to become familiar with the workout, and push yourself to your max.
We do have some outside organisations offering classes at mariero. Its important to note that these are privately run and 24-7 treningssenter has no role in bookings or organisation of these classes. Please contact the organisers directly using the phone numbers above.

Kursene holdes av sertifiserte Roede-kursledere som leder kursdeltakerne gjennom 8 kursuker med fokus på endring av mat- og treningsvaner, mental styrketrening og motivasjonsteknikker.
